The 3rd option is that SCOTUS has been corrupted. After all, they too, are human. Many on the Right believe this of Justice Roberts ever since he decided for Obamacare. He used to be a Constitutional judge, but most of his decisions now fall for the Left. Also, SCOTUS has made mistakes in the past, most famously the Dred Scott case which refused to classify ANY black man, whether free or slave, as a man, even tho' our founding principle is that ALL men are created equal. There have been other times SCOTUS has f'd up too.

Naturally, Harper stepped aside bc he knew you had a fair and verifiable election system with paper and pencil. Not so today in the US. In one of my previous papers I challenged people to prove they voted. Our system does not allow for that and is therefore fraught with many potential ways to cheat, all of which were used in 2020 on a massive scale. Polls have been reported that 95% of Rs and even 16% of Ds believe the election was stolen. Since Rudy and the Senate have had at least 4 hearings to hear the evidence and witnesses for ourselves, America knows. But if the courts don't even allow the evidence to see the inside of the courtroom, how can justice be served?

And sorry, hanging chads in Gore v Bush is not more credible than the 1,000+ affidavits, statistical evidence and real video footage that Trump has to prove fraud. Not even close.
